My role
Associate Project Manager — requirements, content structure, delivery schedule and stakeholder review cycles.
The challenge
Security buyers in Saudi Arabia evaluate vendors against named regulatory frameworks. A generic services site would not survive procurement — the compliance story had to be legible within the first minute, and the technical claims had to hold up to a CISO reading them.
How we approached it
We structured the site around how the buyer actually shops: managed services, solutions, governance and training as separate paths, with SAMA, NCA, GRC and ISO 27001 named explicitly rather than implied. Vendor partnerships were surfaced as trust signals. My own infrastructure and security background kept the technical review cycles short — I could validate content against reality instead of relaying every question to the client.
The outcome
A structured, credible presence covering managed detection and response, firewall and network security, governance frameworks and the CEH, CISSP, CISA and CISM training tracks.
