My role
Associate Project Manager — scoping, information architecture, delivery coordination and client sign-off.
The challenge
Three business lines with three different buyers — property clients, construction clients and consultancy clients — competing for the same homepage. Merging them into a single generic message would have weakened all three.
How we approached it
We mapped each division onto its own service track sharing one visual language, so the group reads as a single organisation while no audience is forced through irrelevant content to reach what it came for. Completed project photography carried the trust load, because in contracting the portfolio is the credential.
The outcome
An Arabic-first site presenting brokerage, contracting and consultancy as distinct, navigable service lines under a single brand.
